So sorry to hear of the lost of Neal. He was such a wonderful person. He was always so cheerful to be around. He always made you laugh. Zach enjoyed talking to him at baseball this year and hearing all his good pointers as of how to make a play. Let us know if you ever need anything.

Neal's coworkers here at BGE share in your loss. All of us in Transmission enjoyed working with Neal, and I was always impressed by his dedication to safety and getting the job done no matter what the working conditions happened to be that day. I cannot begin to imagine the feelings that Nick, Tabitha, and Mrs. Nowottnick must be dealing with at this time. Know that my prayers are with you all at this time. I did not know Neal as well as others, but I wish I had. There are rarely parents that support their children in the way that Neal did. I hope that I can be the kind of dad that he was to his kids. To always see him smiling at his kids' games, or other school functions was a real joy. May God be with you all.
