As relatively new members of the Tilghman community, we will always remember your mother's welcoming smile whenever we ran into her at your restaurant, the Watermen's Museum, or other venues on the island. Penny Lee was a close friend during our senior year in Bogota High School. We dated, danced, attended proms and she even taught me to roller skate at some long forgotten rink in New Jersey. After graduation we parted ways, and each followed their own internal compass to guide their future direction in life.Rest in peace my dear friend from so many years ago.
