Know this is a difficult time for the family and just wanted to say how much I love you all, and that Ms. Shirley touched a lot of lives over the years, she was like another mother to so many of us. I remember her cook-outs and easter eggs hunts, and how she always looked out for me whenever I came to visit. I will never forget the day she told me that she loved me as a daughter and how LaVahn always thought of me as her sister. I love and miss them both. I know it hurts cause I hurt as well, but "To be absence in the body, is to be present with the LORD." and i know without a doubt, that is where she is.
