What a truly amazing man. I am thankful to have met him. He has left an impact on many lives and for sure in mine, as a reminder to just be kind and loving especially in this crazy world we live. Vickey saw Vernon a couple weeks ago and, of course, he stopped to talk. But before he carried on a conversation he wanted to make sure she was who he thought she was. Just goes to show that he has so many friends he couldn't remember everybody's name. We will miss Vernon's smile and laugh. He was great to work with. Mary Ann, we are thinking of you and your family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mary Ann and the rest of your family. Vernon was a favorite cousin of mine and just wish we had more time together. He will be deeply missed by many as he never knew a stranger and his volunteer work with the fire departments gained him many friends over the years. A very caring person who always helped his family and friends. We know he is making ice cream in heaven, sharing with all!

Mr. Vernon was a wonderful person. He was always so kind and easy to talk with. I remember him from my younger days when I was part of the Queen Anne's Fire Service and as a Sheriff's Deputy. I saw Mr. Vernon not to many months ago in Easton and we talked about the past. I was so glad to have that time. He will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers to his friends and family.
My condolences to the Dulin family and all who had contact with one of the greatest people I had occasion to come in contact with. I worked with Vernon for several years at Easton P.D. and he was as easy going there as he was in his own life. I am proud and honored to call Vernon a friend. You answered your last call my friend. Now its time to rest. You will be missed.
Vernon was one of those special people. He was quick to strike up a conversation and was a very enjoyable person to talk to. This man had many friends and will be missed by all of them. Going into Easton and not running into Vernon will be a strange feeling. He was almost a permanent fixture at the YMCA and the Amish market. I offer my condolences to all of his family members and the many others that loved Vernon.
We are sending our sincerest condolences to Mary Ann and family. We are thinking of you in this time of sorrow. We met Vern in Florida many years ago and have kept in touch ever since. Vern and Mary Ann even came up to Canada to visit one year. We will miss his comments on facebook. They were always great to see. Again, so sorry to hear the bad news.
