Working at the Peoples Bank in Denton during the 1960's Bill would come in with his DuPont check always with a big smile. Asking how is your Bill, who also worked at DuPont only on a different shift. Both groing up in Denton, like all small towns everyone knew everyone. Then here comes the wife who with the check, I want to meet Bill Hall's wife. My Bill comes home from the bank and says there should be an award for people who always smile and makes your day a whole lot better. We became friends. When our son was in elementary school, I was working for the State of Maryland, Mary called me, your son needs swimming lessons and I replied, yes indeed. It was so nice seeing Mary and Bill again. And, the motocycle bug must have bite every DuPonter because my Bill anBill Melvin became owners of motorcycles. That's all I will say about that.
